Our strength continues with our Support Staff, who are dedicated to making our Associates and our company as successful as possible.

These positions include:

  • Mrs. Ingrid Patrick, Office Manager, has been working in real estate offices for over twenty (25) years and handles all the day-to-day details of listing properties and assisting our Associates with contracts and closings.
  • Mrs. Mary-Anne Mills Pilkenton, Director of Marketing and Associate Services, handles all Marketing and Advertising for the Company and the Associates.  She also assists with the Relocation Department as needed.  She has 16 years experience in working in Real Estate, 5 years in Banking and 17 years in Administrative positions.
  • Mrs. Joy Butler, Call Coordinator, has over 25 years experience in real estate activities, starting out as a sales person. She handles all communication such as answering the phones and routing the calls to the appropriate destination ensuring that all calls are answered by the person most qualified to handle the situation.
  • Ms. Helen Anderson, Business Office Manager.
  • Ms. Timi Matherly, Warner Robins Office, Director of Associate Services, is responsible for office management, assisting agents with marketing, listings and customer/client support.
